By accessing or using Figma Copy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Use of Service

Figma Copy provides UI components, icons, and illustrations that you can copy and paste into Figma. You may use the service for personal and commercial design projects, subject to the licensing terms of individual assets.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of assets
• Redistributing assets as a competing component library
• Submitting malicious or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Submissions

By submitting components to Figma Copy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and make available your submitted content through the platform. You retain ownership of your original work and may request removal at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Figma Copy platform, branding, and original content are our intellectual property. Individual components and assets are subject to their respective licences as described on our Licensing page.

Disclaimer

Figma Copy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that assets will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figma Copy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
